300 gr. farina 00<br />
150 gr. di burro<br />
100 gr. di zucchero<br />
1 uovo<br />
vanillina o scorza di limone<br />
1 cucchiaino di lievito<br />

Procedimento:<br />
<br />
Frullare il burro con lo zucchero, aggiungere l'uovo ed infine la farina setacciata con il lievito.<br />
Stendere la pasta, bucherellare con una forchetta su tutta la superficie, ricoprire con carta da forno e una teglia come peso sopra, oppure i classici ceci :-)..<br />
<br />
Infornare in forno caldo a 180° per 10 minuti circa (controllare che sia ben dorata), togliere il peso sopra e far dorare la superficie.<br />
<br />
Per la crema:<br />
4 tuorli d'uovo<br />
6 cucchiai di farina<br />
8 cucchiai di zucchero (10 se vi piace più dolce)<br />
la scorza di un limone intera<br />
vanillina<br />
1 litro di latte<br />
<br />
Portare il latte ad ebollizione con la scorza di limone e la vanillina<br />
<br />
In un'altra casseruola porre i tuorli e lo zucchero, mescolare, aggiungere un po' di latte ed alternare alla farina, girare bene affinché non si formino i grumi.<br />
La crema sarà pronta quando inizierà a bollire, ed avrà raggiunto una buona densità.<br />
<br />
Fare raffreddare, ricoprire la torta e decorare a fantasia con la frutta.. Volendo la frutta, alla fine, si può ricoprire con un po' di gelatina.<br />

Frullare il burro con lo zucchero, aggiungere l'uovo ed infine la farina setacciata con il lievito.<br />
Stendere la pasta, ricoprire con la marmellata o nutella (a piacimento), formare delle strisce di pasta e posizionarle sulla superficie, in alternativa si possono fare dei disegni (anche con gli stampi)<br />
Infornare in forno caldo a 180° per 15/20 minuti<br />

Ingredienti<br />

680 g di cioccolato fondente tritato<br />
226 g di burro non salato a pezzetti<br />
6 uova grandi<br />
400 g di zucchero semolato<br />
1 cucchiaio di estratto di vaniglia (1-2 bustine di vanillina)<br />
210 g di farina<br />
1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci<br />
1/4 di cucchiaino di sale<br />
p.s. questa ricetta non prevede noci fra gli ingredienti, tuttavia se volete potete aggiungerne 125/150 gr di noci o nocciole tostate,<br />
<br />
preriscaldare il forno a 175°C;<br />
mettere la griglia nel ripiano di mezzo del forno;<br />
imburrare la teglia (23x33) e foderare il fondo con cartaforno;<br />
sciogliere a bagnomaria il cioccolato col burro, togliere dal calore e tenere da parte;<br />
nel frattempo in una ciotola capiente montare le uova con lo zucchero (con uno sbattitore);<br />
a parte miscelare gli ingredienti secchi: farina, lievito e sale;<br />
aggiungere alle uova il composto di cioccolata e la vanillina;<br />
dopodiché unire alla miscela di cioccolato gli ingredienti secchi, mescolando per amalgamare bene il tutto;<br />
versare il composto nella teglia e cuocere per 40-50 minuti, o finché infilando uno stuzzicadente, questo ne uscirà con poche briciole umide attaccate;<br />
sfornare e lasciar raffreddare su una griglia;<br />
tagliare a dadoni da 5 cm di lato (circa 24)<br />

Procedimento:<br />
Lavare e asciugare i limoni, grattuggiare la scorza e mescolarla alla zucchero; <br />
in una ciotola setacciare la farina, mettere al centro l'uovo e il burro a pezzetti e iniziare a impastare<br />
aggiungere il latte in cui precedentemente è stato sciolto il lievito, e impastare fino ad ottenere una pasta liscia<br />
tirare la pasta in una sfoglia dello spessore di circa 5mm e cospargere la superficie con la miscela di zucchero e limone; <br />
Stendere la pasta in filoncini di 10/15 cm e arrotorarle a "lumachina", disporle su una placca da forno, lasciarle lievitare ben coperte per almeno un'ora <br />
Spennellare con latte<br />
